If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product we will cover the return cost. Please take a picture of the item or items and contact us at info.roseboutiquee@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of package. After we review details, we will reach out with directions on what to do.
We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered, stolen or damaged by USPS.Â
